Absolutely horrible customer service! I don't think anyone in that office has been trained on the basics of customer satisfaction. I'm never using UPS again. There's a guy with an earring and a lady called Melissa absolutely terrible in their customer etiquette. I simply went in to resolve an issue with UPS and they refused to help me. The guy acted like he was the manager there an made all the decisions. He even walked away from me and refused to help me with tracking my parcel. He lied to me that my tracking number didn't exist and I called the UPS 800 number in front of him to prove he was wrong. Absolutely HORRIFIC! Good luck UPS, with these kinds of nut cases representing you, failure will be the result.I even provide discounted parking to UPS drivers in Key West. I will now reconsider my choice of company to support.
We USED to have a wonderful and friendly driver/delivery person. The current employee is without a doubt the poorest representation of any company I have ever witnessed.

I live in Key West. One of the Ups drivers had a fight with my neighbour becouse of his dog. Than he decided to stop delivering the packages for the entire building Not only that he stopped delivering for the entire building in key west they are such ass*oles that they dont even deliver it to key west, they leave it in Rockland key. I tried calling, just to politely ask them to leave it at least in key west, if not at my front door, as it should be. But no. People at my place before me also had so many problems but no one seemed to care. So everytime I order something i have to drive to rockland key to pick up something for what I have paid to be delivered at least in the town that I live in, not the one next to it. When i come there, they tell me 'oo you are the dog building' and they are so sooo sooo rude you cant imagine.

After driving up to Rockland Key UPS I was greeted by a smiling, polite and lovely gentleman named John. He listened carefully to my grievances and called his manager Mark...also a polite and pleasant man. The manager delivered the package in person on his way home into Key West around 7:30pm!!! He not only delivered it but called me to tell me it was there! It was an overnight shipment of a crucial heart medication for my husband...three days late.

It is really a shame to have to write this as I have lived in 3 different states, I am 60 years old and can always find something positive to write about someone. I have had it with this lazy incompetent and ill-mannered man! If I could give zero stars I would!
UPS is trash!! The driver told me there were to many steps to get to my front door. Mind you i live on the second floor & there is only 15 steps to my front door. They leave all my packages down stairs in the sun/rain all day.
Lazy to deliver. They even said they couldn't deliver because of my aggressive dog. I don't even own a dog!!
We manage a property here in Key West, and he continuously lies that he has "attempted delivery". We have spoken to the company more than once about this driver and advise friends to SHIP WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN U.P. S. When you ship to Key West FL.

I find it so hard to believe that in a company with such diligent and helpful personnel, such as John and Mark, that ONE driver (who services my neighborhood), could pull down the reputation of others and be allowed to remain employed.
